26-year-old man, identified simply as Okafor, has allegedly committed suicide yesterday April 2nd, at Madalla, Niger State.
According to Abdullahi Shua'ibu, a resident of the area, the deceased was found dangling from a tree by a farmer who then alerted the residents of Rock Avenue, where the incident took place.
He also said that the deceased managed a provision store in Madalla, and left a suicide note saying he was tired of life, and asked his brothers to take care of his children.
The incident was later reported to the police who came and removed the body, and deposited it at the Suleja General Hospital mortuary. Investigation is still ongoing.
