Blessing Olomu, a journalist based in Port Harcourt, reported that the suspects, two males, and a female, had allegedly ordered for the phone to be delivered to them and when the delivery man arrived with the items, they murdered him, tied him up and threw him into a soak-away pit.
Olomu who reported this with photos, on her Twitter handle said neighbours of the suspects had noticed their suspicious movements and alerted police officers who stormed the residence and arrested them.
During interrogation, they allegedly confessed to the crime and took the police to the septic tank at the house located at Ada George area of the Garden City where the body of the delivery man was recovered.
